My academic journey began with a strong foundation in accounting, earning a Bachelor’s degree, but my passion for health and human performance led me to pursue advanced studies in the sciences of the body. I hold a Ph.D. in Kinesiology, a Master’s degree in Nutrition, and a Master Trainer Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). In addition, I have earned certifications from esteemed organizations such as EXOS, Functional Movement Systems (FMS), and Over Time Athletics. This diverse educational background allows me to provide comprehensive and innovative solutions tailored to each client's needs.
