Pregnant or Postpartum? Click here...

A majority of the clients I've had the pleasure of working with have been women who are pregnant or are postpartum. If you fall into one of these categories, then staying fit or becoming fit, should be high on your "to do" list... Following  a strict set of guidelines that I've put in place, I will safely help you overcome many of the challenges a pregnancy can throw your way. From the beginning of a pregnancy all the way to postpartum recovery, I will work with each person individually every step of the way to help you maintain the highest level of fitness possible. It's not important whether this is your first pregnancy or your fifth. Total Body Transformation

If you're someone who wants to truly sculpt a new "you" then this fitness program is spot on for you. In 12 very short weeks I will help you reshape your entire body for any occasion. The "Total Body Transformation" is a custom 12 week program designed specifically for you and that includes: Unlimited one-on-one personal training sessions with me. You will have no chance to give up on yourself, because I won't let you!!! Having a degree is a plus. Why? Because I will also include a customized nutrition plan to go along with your customized strength, cardio, and flexibility routine that will deliver the results you've been searching for. At the start of each week you will receive a fitness assessment so we can measure and keep track of your progress. Being able to see your progress is critical when it comes to forward progression. MMA Training

Are you a fighter??? Perhaps you just want to look like one. I have developed a conditioning program that is great for individuals training in the world of mixed martial arts. My programs utilize your own bodyweight during every movement of every exercise. You will develop strength, balance and mobility needed to generate and control your every movement. MMA training will help you carve a strong core which is needed to maintain proper alignment and general body position during any battle. There are literally hundreds of exercises that you can learn to safely perform in the comfort of your own home, that will help you build the power, strength, flexibility and balance you need. The methods I teach will also show you how to prevent many injuries that MMA athletes face each day in their respective areas. Group Training/Boot Camps

Not a big fan of working out by yourself? Do you have a friend or two that you would like to share this total life changing experience with? Then here is my suggestion for you...Group training!!! This is the type of training that is the perfect solution for people, like you, looking for the benefits of one-on-one training, but, at a more affordable price. You and your partner will workout together under my direction. This is ideal for groups of 2 or more who share similar fitness levels and many common goals. Nearly all of my group training session are packed with fun and very challenging fitness activities. Each program I've designed is to develop strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. All of the programs are designed to help you safely reach your fitness goals in the most effective way. I will also provide you with a custom designed meal plan tailored specifically for each individual based on body composition and personal goal.
